De sinople à la tour couverte avec ses avant-murs ruinés, le tout d'argent maçonné de sable, accompagnée de trois feuilles de hêtre d'or renversées, posées en barre, deux aux flancs et une en pointe; au chef voûté d'or chargé d'un soleil couchant de gueules.
Origin/meaning
The arms show the chapel/tower of La Gabelle. Beeches are very common trees in the municipality. The setting sun recalls the situation of the town on the evening mountains.
