Mustassa kentässä kaksi hopeista, punavaruksista lohta ristikkäin, saatteena kussakin kulmassa hopeinen kreikkalainen risti.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on June 14, 1951.
The crosses are aderived from the arms of the Creutz ('cross') family, a noble family which had a mansion in the village. The salmon refer to the rich fishing in the municipality as well as to shipping.
