State : Bayern
District (Kreis) : Aschaffenburg (until 1972 Alzenau)
Incorporated into : 1972 Alzenau

The arms show a blue chevron taken from the arms of the Lords of Schelriß, who had a castle in the village in the 13th-15th century. The letters come from the old village seal (W) and the Seligenstadt Abbey (A), to which the village historically belonged until 1805.
