Escudo de azul, com duas trompas de caça de ouro, com cordões de prata, as embocaduras para os flancos e alinhadas em faixa; em chefe, Cabeça-relicário masculina, de prata, realçada de negro; em campanha, mó de prata aberta do campo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «CASÉVEL - CASTRO VERDE».
