CRUZY
Département : Hérault
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in 1998.
The arms show the arms of the former rulers and entities to which the village historically belonged. The red first quarter is taken from the arms of the Viscounts of Narbonne. The fourth quarter shows the arms of the Cathedral chapter of Narbonne, which also owned part of the village. The second and third quarter show the arms of the Brettes de Thurin family, who acted as governors for the Viscounts and Chapter in the village.
