Wappen von Kettenacker

Official blazon

(de) In Rot eine silberne Pflugschar, umgeben von einer sechzehngliedrigen silbernen Kette.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 31, 1958.

The arms are canting, showing a chain (Kette) and a plough iron (for Acker, field). The colours are those of the arms of the Lords von Speth, owners of the village from 1523 until 1806.
