Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 24, 1995.
The short scythe "dalgele" is an ancient Lithuanian tool of rye-harvesting, and it was used in Šiaulėnai even until the 19th century. The swan is taken from the arms of the noble Semeta family, showing their merits to the town.
