Parti: au 1er d'argent au hibou de gueules allumé du champ, au 2e de gueules à l'épi de blé d'or, tigé et feuillé d'or, posé en bande, l'épi recourbé en pal vers la pointe, passé en sautoir avec une houlette du même.

Origin/meaning

The owl is derived from the arms of the Herwart family who were Lords of Roggenhouse for a long time. The stalks of rye (Roggen in German) is a canting element.
