În câmp albastru se află o cruce de argint simplă, ieșind dintr-o coroană de argint așezată pe o terasă neagră. În partea superioară se află o tablă de șah, în culorile negru și argintiu, dispusă pe 3 rânduri, primul pătrat din dreapta sus fiind negru. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 19, 2005.
The chief refers to the arms of the Hohenzollern family, the Romanian Royal family. The cross and crown refer to Elina, wife of Prince Matei Basarab of Wallachia, who had an estate in the village in the 17th century.
