Selected collector's items from Germany:

WALDGREHWEILER

State : Rheinland-Pfalz
District (Kreis) : Donnersbergkreis (until 1969 Rockenhausen)
Verbandsgemeinde : Verbandsgemeinde Nordpfälzer Land (until 2020 Verbandsgemeinde Alsenz-Obermoschel)

Wappen von Waldgrehweiler

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on May 21, 1982.

The arms were officially granted in 1982, but have already been used in the late 19th, early 20th century as such. The oldest use of the five trees dates, however, already from the local seal, known since 1546. The arms show 5 trees, probably a canting symbol for the Wald- (=forest) part of the name.
