RAMSIN
State : Sachsen-Anhalt
District (Kreis) : Anhalt-Bitterfeld (until 2008 Bitterfeld)
Incorporated into : 2004 Sandersdorf (2009 Sandersdorf-Brehna)
Official blazon
Schräglinks geteilt von Silber über Grün; oben ein schräggekreuztes schwarzes Bergmannsgezähe, unten eine silberne Ähre.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 16, 1998.
The arms show miner's tools and a wheat-ear, which symbolise the (former) importance of mining and agriculture for the municipality. The green colour symbolises the rich nature.
