Escudo de púrpura, ponte de três arcos góticos, de ouro, realçada de negro, firmada nos flancos e movente de campanha diminuta ondada de prata e azul de três tiras; em chefe, templo clássico de frontal triangular assente em colunas, de ouro, realçado de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE PONTE DE LIMA “.
