In Blau zwei schräggekreuzte silberne Schlüssel mit nach unten und auswärts gekehrten Bärten. Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on March 25, 1963. The arms, however, were designed in 1938 and the colours were adopted in the same year. The municipality used the arms, but never applied for official registration until 1963. The two crossed keys are the symbol of St. Peter, patron saint of the village, and also of the Öhringen Abbey. The latter had many possessions in the area in medieval times.
