Origin/meaning
The design is placed on a background depicting the responsibilities of aircrew to pilot and navigate aircraft. The three eaglets represent those aspiring to aircrew status. Above is a Canadian astral coronet symbolizing the crowning accomplishment awaiting those who are selected. Motto Meaning "Selection".
