Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 4, 1958.
The cross refers to the Holy Cross church in the village. The billets are taken from the arms of the Lords of Hunolstein and the Lords von Hagen, to whom the area historically belonged. Both used arms with billets.
The chief shows two roses for the villages of Hütetrsdorf and Buprich.
