Origin/meaning
The arms were never used by the municipality, but designed in 2005.
The arms refer with the green colour, the wheat and the horse head, to the agricultural character of the village and especially to horse breeding.
The wavy bend symbolises the Aller river, the stork is a typical bird in the region.
