Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on March 31, 2004.
The stone tower symbolizes the 14th-century defensive castle of Nawoja, and later fortified in the 15th and 16th centuries.
The ax is taken from the arms of the Topór family, who founded the village. The other symbol is taken from the arms of the Lubomirski family (owners of the village in the 17th and 18th centuries) and the the Stadnicki family (owners of the village from the end of the 18th century to 1945).
