MAINVILLERS

Département : Moselle

Blason de Mainvillers
Official blazon
French De gueules au gril d'argent, la poignée en haut, accompagné de trois glands versés du même, rangés en chef.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms show the three acorns from the arms of the Longeville-lès-Saint-Avold Abbey, to which the village historically belonged. The grill is the symbol of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint.
