Incorporated into: 1972 Donaueschingen

Wappen von Grüningen (Donaueschingen)/Arms (crest) of Grüningen (Donaueschingen)

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1901.

The composition first appeared on the seal of the village in 1820. The meaning is not known and may be derived from an older village symbol. In 1901 the State Archives proposed the colours, which were adopted by the village.

Siegel von Grüningen (Donaueschingen)
