In Rot über zwei schräggekreuzten goldenen Ähren ein goldenes Haus.
Origin/meaning
The oldest known seal of the village dates from 1820 and shows the letters AH under a deer antler (for Württemberg) and surrounded by two branches. In 1919 the local priest devised arms with the local church, a horse and a cross and had it placed in the local church. The arms were never formally granted and when the council applied for these arms in 1952 the State Archives rejected the arms as they were not according to heraldic rules. After many discussions the above arms were granted on September 14, 1960.
The arms show a local farm and symbols for agriculture.
