Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on September 14, 1992.
The main charge are four stones, depicted in heraldic abstraction. They refer to the parts of the municipality and its motto "Wir vier" (the four of us). In historical times, wine was cultivated in the area, but this is no longer the case. So, the vine leafs are reverted. Mantscha is a part of the municipality. Its name indicates the growing and working of flax in the region. Parts of the flax plant are the third charge of the arms.
