Un scut roșu, încărcat cu o ancoră de aur, având un otgon alb-negru, înfășurat pe brațul său vertical; în dreapta și în stânga ancorei se află câte o stea de aur.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 30, 1998.
The anchor symbolizes the natural setting, trade and naval activity carried out by locals in this region of the Lower Danube.
