Kulta-sinikatkoisen kilven yläkentässä musta, punavaruksinen silkkiuikun pää, alakentässä kolme kultanaurista lehtineen ryhmitettyinä 2+1.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 21, 1951.

the arms show a cormorant's head, symbolising the rich birdlife in the Puurijärvi lake. The base shows beets as a symbol for agriculture.
