In zilver, een leeuw van sabel genageld en getongd van keel, vergezeld rechts van eenen wassenaar van lazuur, links en in de punt van eene ster van keel.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on December 31, 1926.
The arms are based on the arms of the Bidé de Grandville family arms, as thefamily acquired the village in 1772 and were the last Lords of Lauwe. The meaning of the elements in the family arms is not known.
