Escudo de vermelho, com uma torre torreada de prata, aberta e iluminada de negro, acompanhada por quatro cachos de uvas de prata, folhados e troncados de verde. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres a negro : " VILA DE VINHAIS ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 27, 1935.
