ROYAL THAI ARMY VOLUNTEER FORCE (BLACK PANTHERS)

History: this Force of Divisional strength in 1968 replaced the Royal Thai Volunteer Regiment in Vietnam. After the End of Thai involvement the
RTAVF was transformed into the 9th Infantry Division raised in 1974 at Fort Surasi, Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand.
