Crest: In front of a trimount issuant Azure, a plume of three ostrich feather quill pens Argent.
Wreath and mantling: Azure and Argent.

The arms were officially granted on June 26, 1998.

The arms are those of the Technikon Northern Transvaal with a new motto.
