Lo scudo, timbrato dal cappello vescovile, è accollato alla croce episcopale. Il cartiglio reca in lettere capitali il motto IN SPIRITU SEMINARE”.

Origin/meaning

The image of the seven flames recalls the gifts of the Holy Spirit, while the eight-pointed star is the emblem of the Virgin Mary.
