Escudo de púrpura, com duas armações de moinho de prata, cordoadas do mesmo e vestidas de ouro, alinhadas em faixa; em chefe, duas chaves, uma de ouro e outra de prata, passadas em aspa, com os palhetões para cima e atadas de prata; em campanha, monte de dois cômoros de ouro, firmado e movente da ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VAQUEIROS - ALCOUTIM “.

The arms were officially granted on May 21, 2004.
