In Silber auf silbernen Wolken stehend der Erzengel Michael mit goldenen Flügeln, rotem Mantel und blauem Untergewand, einem goldenen Helm mit rotem Federbusch auf dem Haupt, in der Rechten einen grünen Olivenzweig.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 12, 1973.

The oldest use of the arms dates from 1811 and the arms were officially granted in 1819. The arms show the Archangel Michael, the local patron saint.
