A propeller and anchor in saltire.
Motto: Fide, fiducia et fortitudine = By faith, confidence and fortitude.

Origin/meaning

The badge indicates the Station's main role as a Flying boat Base. The Motto signifies faith in the Station's Aircraft, self confidence and fortitude to carry out the sternest tasks. The badge was approved in November 1952.
