Escudo de verde, ponte de sete arcos de prata, lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e de um pé ondado de prata e azul de quatro tiras, encimada por uma coroa real aberta, de ouro, com pedraria; em chefe, duas rosas heráldicas de prata, apontadas de ouro e botonadas de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE MIRANDELA “.
