Region : Uusimaa
Former province : 1997-2009 Etelä-Suomi, until 1997 Uusimaa

Siuntio.jpg

Official blazon

Sinisessä kentässä hirsittäin asetettu kultainen avain, jonka kieli muodostaa ristin ja perä on neliapilan muotoinen, kahden aaltokoroisen hopeahirren välissä.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 22, 1950.

The arms are a combination of the two wavy bars form the Uusimaa/Nyland province and a key for St. Peter, historically the patron saint of the village since 1460.
