Escudo de ouro, três oliveiras arrancadas de verde, frutadas do campo; em abismo, buzina de vermelho encordoada de negro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ OLIVAL BASTO “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 20, 1998.
The olive trees refer to the name of the parish and are thus canting. The postal horn refers to the former important postal station in the parish.
