D'azzurro carico al castello merlato con torre nel mezzo, di colore argento, aperto e finestrato di nero, poggiante su di un prato verde scuro dove campeggia una chiave d'oro posta in fascia. Scudo a forma di cuore, sormontato da una corona comitale d'oro smaltata e con nove perle, ed accostato da un ramo d'ulivo e da uno di rovere, legati con un nastro che riporta l'epigrafe: VITAM EXCOLVERE PER ARTES..
