Sinisessä kentässä hopeinen haapa, sen alapuolella aaltokoroinen hopeatyviö, jossa sininen, kultanastainen suksisauvan sompa.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 10, 1953.

The aspen tree and the wavy base are canting elements, the name means aspen-lake. The base shows a ski-basket, as the village is known for its ski manufacturing and famous skiers.
