D'argent au chevron haussé de gueules accompagné en chef dextre d'un léopard, en chef senestre d'un cuirassé, le tout de sable, en pointe d'une forteresse d'or maçonnée de sable, terrassée du champ, sommée d'une tête de soldat en ombre du même, posée de face et coiffée d'un béret de sinople; à la mer d'azur.
Origin/meaning
The arms show the lion of Normandy, and the situation around D-Day (June 6, 1944), when several boats landed the green barets near the village to conquer the fortreess held by the Germans.
