SANKT LORENZEN BEI SCHEIFLING

State : Steiermark
District : Murau

Wappen von Sankt Lorenzen bei Scheifling

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on June 20, 1988.

The Rost (grid) on which he suffered martyrdom is the chief attribute of St. Lawrence. The embattled bar is in memory of the many small fortified manors and castles, which existed in the area.
