Escudo de prata, duas matas de verde, floridas de sua cor, acompanhadas em chefe de uma flor-de-lis azul e em ponta de uma roda de azenha de púrpura. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ MATAS - OURÉM “.
