Escudo de prata, com uma faixa ondada de azul e prata de três tiras; em chefe, duas canas de milho de verde, com sua bandeira do mesmo esmalte e suas espigas de ouro e, em campanha, um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado e gavinhado de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " GUARDIZELA ".

The arms were officially granted on February 24, 2000.
