Escudo de vermelho, águia bicéfala de ouro assente num monte de verde em ponta, perfilado de ouro. Coroa mural de três torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: " SALVADOR - TORRES NOVAS ".
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on August 18, 1994.
