Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on July 28, 1970.
The deer's head and cross are the symbol of St. Hubert, the patron saint of the village. The bars in the lower right corner are derived from the arms of the Lords of Pallant, who built the local castle in 1688. The three castles are derived from the arms of the last owners of the castle, the Counts of Saint-Ignon (1799-1916).
