Escudo de azul, estrela de ouro acompanhada em chefe de uma roda dentada, à dextra, e de um cristal de neve, à sinistra, tudo em prata; em ponta, seis estrelas de ouro, postas em orla. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ FREGUESIA DE SEIA “.
