Escudo de vermelho, castelo de prata lavrado de negro, aberto e iluminado de verde; em chefe, mitra de ouro guarnecida de vermelho; em campanha, roda de moinho de ouro, realçada de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ABEDIM – MONÇÃO ”.

The arms were officially granted on June 16, 2004.
