Escudo de ouro, duas fontes de azul jorrando água de prata, entre balança de pratos de vermelho, sustida por espada de lâmina flamejante do mesmo, tudo realçado de negro, em chefe e campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de três peças. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ CALDAS DE VIZELA - S. MIGUEL “.
