De sinople, à trois poissons d'argent, le 1^er et 3^me contournés, l'écu surmonté d'un buste de St. Pierre d'or, tenant dans sa main dextre une clef de même, deux clefs d'or adossées possées en sautoir derrière l'écu; pour support deux lions de gueules.
