NO 813 SQUADRON, FAA

History: First formed in 1937 at Royal Naval Air Station Gosport (HMS Siskin), Hampshire asa Torpedo-Spotter-Reconnaissance Squadron from HMS Eagle until sunk in 1942. The Squadron reformed at Royal Naval Air Station Ford (HMS Peregrine), West Sussex in 1956 with Westland Wyverns until disbanded in 1958.
