HMS RICHMOND, ROYAL NAVY

English Blue; a portcullis winged gold charged with a hurt thereon a mullet white.

Origin/meaning

The Arms of the Duke of Richmond and also the Borough Arms. Two Towns in the Uk and one in Virginia, USA. The Star denote ex US Navy Lend/Lease in World War II. The badge was approved in 1941.
