Official blazon

Per fess white and blue; a fouled anchor proper between two dolphins heads downward and facing inward blue in base the frames of a ship proper.

Origin/meaning

The Anchor and Dolphins are from the arms of the Borough of Devonport. The Frames of a Ship indicates the Dockyard where Shipbuilding was carried out. The badge was approved in 1954.
