English Per fess red amd black; a fess wavy white charged with a bar wavy blue overall on two feathers in saltire white a leopard's face gold.

Motto: Ab intus jubeo.


Origin/meaning

A River that partly divides the Counties of Norfolk and Suffolk. From the arms of Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils. The Motto translates as "From within i command". The Badge was approved in 1952.
